I keep getting notifs from outlook said im sending too many mails which i dont. When i checked my junk and my sent its almost 70k spams and they send 100+ every minutes. I turned on the login with phone number, change passwords, log out of every devices… but it keeps spamming. Idk what to do because this mail is for school works so its very important :( can anyone give me tips on stopping this
Someone is spamming in my outlook mail with my account sending junks, idk how to stop them :( the junks are massive now its up to 60k+ mails
My Outlook has been sent various mails of notifications: message rate limit exceeded that said the sender is my own mail that I am using: “In the last hour, your mailbox has received a large amount of mail from (my own mail)”.
I did not send any of it, this has happened since yesterday and every hour Microsoft would send me one mail like this.
I am very worried because I use this mail for school and receive important notifs from my school, please help me find a way to fix this!
Idk how it got hacked but recently some strange devices from different countries like russia, england, us… has tried to log into my first account and my other social medias that are linked to it. I did change password and everything i could do but then they started to attack my recovery mail with the medias related. This is my first time in this situation and I am really worried, please give me tips to fend off the hackers :(
