New to this sub, I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism 3/4 years ago, went on carbimazole/ levothyroxine for 2 years and have been put under subclinical hypo for now. I have had 2 pretty small balls under my jaw. Is this an issue apart from me thinking it might affect my jawline?

I am 19 and have put 1500 miles on my cbf125, and feel like it’s time to get my first proper bike. Only problem is I don’t fancy paying £700-1000 for training and test fees - I am confident that I do not need 10+ hours of lessons to pass. Almost all schools near me only do packages at that fixed price point. The only other alternative I can think of is trying to find a school who does pay as you go lessons then sit the test when I feel ready (should be much cheaper). Also have seen some people buy their own bike and get the special insurance?
