Questions about my time as an MT

Hey guys, I've been checking out different posts about the positives and negatives of Enterprise as an MT, and I'm now a year in struggling to see any potential for my growth in the business.

For some backstory: I worked at the largest HC branch in my area, with the normal insurance deals and retail deals. I was there for around 10 months of my time with the company and I did not make the matrix a single time in my stint in the HC location, to the point where they transferred me to the AP for these last 2 months leading into my year anniversary. I have made a total of 1 matrix in the last 12 months, first month at the AP made it but second month not so much. ESQI is 88+ on average, and i know where I'm lacking is on the TAR and sales side of things.

I've brought this up to both my BRM and my AM, the BRM was honest with me about his experience and has been trying to help me as much as he can, while also running a flagship airport. My AM on the other hand has seemingly given me the equivalent of the corporate run around. I've tried to hone my sales skills since this is a known weakness of mine, but im finding it harder and harder to keep it positive as I see another month pass without a matrix success. There has also been stagnant growth in the area, hardly any new MTs, barely any promotions available for upper management (which i dont even qualify for).

The long and short, should I keep it going with hopes that it will get better or should I just get ready to call it quits?
