Let's say you make 30k a year in south florida in an area without good public transportation. Which would be better, owning a car or just using Uber?

Cnas don't make much money, so I'm trying to figure out how to make more. I was wondering if I got a phlebotomy certification, that would allow me to do both roles & make me more valuable, thus getting me a pay increase.

I need a decent paying job, currently looking into ( probably life long) work as a cna but that doesn't pay well. Think I can make good money at a spa? I live in south florida.
