Currently in pdeu csbs, would it be a downgrade going for EIE at Nirma or not?

Hey there,

What is the better option between these two considering the 4 year syllabus and placement data, especially if we focus more on the software side?

And are CSBS students allowed to sit in all core computer engg placements? since it is a newer branch, and whether to opt this over ICT or not.
