Guys i had applied for PDEU vacant seat round and my merit was between okish-good and I wanted mechanical engineering..but I didn't report offline..AM I STILL ELEGIBLE FOR ADMISSION IF ANY SEAT GETS VACANT? GENUINELY REGRET DON'T REPORTING OFFLINE DUE TO PERSONAL ANXIETY AND HESITATION

I've already gotten admitted into iar for biotech...most probably getting pdpu for biotech in vacant round

Should I leave iar? Cuz I heard faculties in pdpu for biotech especially are not that good and the main biotech faculty is absent or smtg like that..
