Guys i had applied for PDEU vacant seat round and my merit was between okish-good and I wanted mechanical engineering..but I didn't report offline..AM I STILL ELEGIBLE FOR ADMISSION IF ANY SEAT GETS VACANT? GENUINELY REGRET DON'T REPORTING OFFLINE DUE TO PERSONAL ANXIETY AND HESITATION
So actually in ACPC round 2 , i got Local private collage of my city as a BACKUP... In round 1 , i got MSU ( SFI) CSE but I am not interested in that ( idk why) .. but in round 3 , i guess I will get PDEU CS&BS course .. as my merit rank was good in both rounds ( expecting a better merit rank in round 3 ) .. So is that course better than normal CSE ... Is anyone getting it or already got it ? And can I sit in cse placements? Pls reply guys I'm in a lot of confusion

I want to apply for DL .. is learning licence necessary for that?
