They should really add more type types of commercial doors/trash cans/some gas station items it lacks here I got a bunch of examples and instead of making it American, make it Swedish/European because why not?
The names of all items
1: wooden commercial door
2: metal grid commercial door

there’s also a dump site for some reason but I think it is kinda accurate

it has a lot of decals/has custom roofs in those taller sections not in that smaller section
This is based off a real gas station, and I probably replicated almost close enough now
