Really thought I was losing him yesterday. 24 hours and some good anti-sickness meds later, we're back in our happy place. He's my whole world, and I'll do anything for him. But he needs to not do that again and we're very lucky he got sick the same week I got paid a significant amount of back paid disability benefits.

I'm a miserable housebound gremlin, but he doesn't mind? He thinks it's wonderful that I'm always here in bed for him to snuggle. All he wants is chin scratches and belly rubs and kisses on his little head and I can do all of those things.

The shirt I'm wearing is from a cat charity and says "life is better with cats". It's true.
