Just got done with it. Still kinda a prototype.
I had this issue for a couple weeks after building the system and all the research I did, I couldn't get an answer to what, "Runtime AP installation ends" means or why it was hanging there when I was suppose to get a A0. Even Gigabyte don't know what that code means..... But I found it, after LOTS of digging. It has something to do with the RGB controller on the motherboard. It's an issues that has carried down from older bios's and there is a fix, just not where you would think. You have to get the Gigabyte Control Center App and update the controller from there and not a bios update for something to do with the motherboard...
Just get the App and on the left side, the last icon at the bottom that looks like two arrows in a circle, that is the install and update section. Just put a square next to everything but Norton Internet Security, Gigabyte Storage Library, Smart Backup and AI Snatch for Intel for obvious reasons and download and install. You will have to go back into the app after each forced restart and continue the downloads and installs.
And that will fix it giving you that coveted A0. Now since the app is taking over for what should have been in a bios update, you will still see the b1 until windows loads and takes over switching it to a A0.
Hope that helps.
