Iron lung minecraft mod

Hello! Im currently working on an iron lung minecraft mod that focuses on exploration, survival and horror.

Its going to have custom mobs, world gen and even lore.

The idea is to have a separate story that theoretically *could* exist in the same universe as the movie and game. I will leave it up to the players to decide if its headcanon worthy or AU worthy.

The general gameplay loop vibe is planned on being similar to that of subnautica, but with blood.

Anyway, the reason im making this post aside from checking of there is any intrest in a mod like this is to ask:

What are some things you really want (or really dont want) to see in this mod?

How do I water mature oyster shrooms?

My first time growing mushrooms and I used a kit and I believe its fully mature, but now its very dense. How do I spray mist on them properly now that they are *this* dense? I doubt any water reaches the substrate.

I tried spraying more on the top and I was hoping it might do the trick but now the top shrooms have a **very slight** discoloration to them and im wondering if I watered them too much or too little. All this to say? How do I properly maintain them now that they are this big?
