Dell laptop continuously freezes
I have a dell 14 inch laptop! Haven’t used it for a little bit but usually 2-10 minutes after I start it up, the monitor display freezes. I’ve tried windows+ctrl+shift+b . The dell repair diagnostic is terrible as when booting up windows I can sign in to my Microsoft account but for the repair tool every time I go to sign in it is says ; “something went wrong” so I can’t further the repair diagnostic. I fully factory reset the computer and it’s still prevalent so I’m willing to bet it’s something with the hardware. Any pointers as to what is happening and what I should do?

Milkyway Core Panorama
This is my attempt at showing the Milkyway Galactic Core! Shot from Sam’s Throne in the Arkansas Ozark’s which is a bortle 2. This is a stitched panorama of 4 panels, 15 minutes each. This was shot using a modified Sony A7III and Sigma 35 f1.4 @f1.6. Photo editing software used includes Pixinsight for Star masking and Photoshop for all other adjustments.
