Colombia Advice - Caño Cristales or Tayrona / Salento-Cocora ??

Hello,
I am coming to Colombia on October for a 12 day trip. Avoiding Bogota and mainly basing myself around Medellin and Cartagena for this trip.
It has always been a bucket list item for me to go to caño cristales but that is a minimum 3 day commitment even for a 1 day tour. Definitely expensive but I am ready to bite the bullet if the experience is worth it.

Tayrona looks amazing but it is not something unique with all due respect. Salento and Cocora Valley also requires 3 days on it .

Can anyone give me some perspective or advice on what I should do?

Medellin - 4 days 3 nights (one for Guatape)
Cartagena - 3 days 2 nights
Which spots should i add to this ?
