Q about CoC Stormweaver
I’ve been trying to follow Anime Princess Stormweaver build and I’m having some trouble with damage and survivability. In the guide he uses similar weapon but with % increased cold damage as mine is lightning. Is that the limiting factor or am I missing something else? Other issues I’m having is coc feels very inconsistent even with 70% crit chance. Here’s my build so far
