Relatively new to the game, coming from the obvious others, and need advice. Following a Savage Vindicator build and pretty easy all the way to 100.

I'm now starting to do the shatterd realms. I keep seeing the prime farming is lvl 30-31 and I am struggling very hard with level 9-10. What is my problem?
