Wade will you get a second opinion?
This is in hopes that Wade sees this!
The health symptoms he has described sounds exactly like what I went through when I was diagnosed with GERD.
I thought I was having heart attacks. I thought my heart would beat right through my chest. Turns out these were actually esophagus spasms and my problem was gastrointestinal and not cardiac related. I even went to the emergency room more than once thinking I was in cardiac arrest. His meaty diet, his stress, and the fact that it happens when he lays down all make me feel this could be what's going on with Wade.
So Wade... Please see a gastroenterologist. Something as simple as Nexium once a day might be able to fix that for you. I really hope you get a better answer than what you've gotten so far and I feel like this could be something to look into.
