How many hours is too many?

I'm looking for some other opinions on this- any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I'm 18, and started an apprenticeship after my A Levels this Wednesday (1st of July) as a Trainee Estate Agent.

I really like the job and the people I work with, but I'm a bit concerned about my hours.

In the interview, they said it would be from Monday to Friday, for 8 hours a day not including breaks. This was fine with me.

They then suggested that myself and the other apprentice could alternate Saturday shifts- i.e. I worked Saturday one week and she worked the next instead of me. Saturday shifts are 6 hours not including breaks.

I assumed this meant that I'd be offered a day from Monday to Friday off.

On the job offer letter, it said that I'd be required to work a 5 day week. I assumed that I was correct in that I would get one of the days off, so that I was working the 5 days.

However, I was informed by my line manager that I'd actually have to work Monday- Saturday, only having Sunday off that week, making it a 6 day working week.

If this had been stated in the offer letter, I would've definitely asked about it and requested that I didn't work the Saturdays. And, if I knew working a 6 day week was a requirement, I probably wouldn't have accepted the offer at all.

I worked this Saturday, and there were only 2 other people in the office (there are usually around 8), and there was very little work to do. So I don't think it's incredibly important that I'm in on Saturdays.

So essentially, I'm working an alternating 40 and 46 hour week, despite this not being stated on the job offer letter. I'm also on the very minimum wage for my age, £8 an hour.

This is my first full time job, so maybe I'm just adjusting to the new and longer routine, but my parents are saying that this is too much time for too little pay.

I'd much prefer to only work Monday to Friday, and a 5 day week as originally stated, but I don't want to potentially throw away a good learning opportunity and an otherwise enjoyable job, if the hours aren't actually that bad.

Any advice would be appreciated!! :)

Amano shrimp turning orange?

I've only had amano shrimp for a few months (added to a fully cycled tank) and I started off with 3.

About 2 weeks ago one died, seemingly completely out of the blue. Its body was orange once it died, but not when it was alive.

Today I noticed one of my other shrimp has started to turn an orange colour (in picture).

I looked online which was pretty unhelpful, because it said it was either about to die or going to molt lol.

I'm new to this hobby so I wanted to double check that there was nothing wrong :)

TIA

Tank info:

25L with various plants

Filter: Aquael mikro fan filter

Heater: Set to 80⁰F

One betta fish is also in the tank

Parameters (tested today with API freshwater master test kit):

Ammonia- 0

Nitrite- 0

Nitrate- 5ppm

I think my betta's sick and I don't know what to do. Some context is required but I'll try and keep it short.

I had my betta in a tank with some plants and a couple of decorations. I noticed that his fin had torn, and the only explanation I could think of was that it was one of the decorations. I removed them and replaced them with some driftwood, and I did a 25% water change whilst I was at it. That was 4 days ago.

Last night I noticed a dark black spot on my betta, and I had no idea what it was. I hoped it would get better overnight, but I decided to monitor him.

This morning I noticed it had turned white and become raised, and he had similar white spot under his chin.

I got home from college today and saw that he had a hole in his fin, and his fins looked generally thin (idk if that's how to describe it, but it's like more light is getting through them).

I tested his water parameters, 0 ammonia/nitrite and 5ppm nitrate.

I looked up what it could be, and 'ich' came up. I have no idea if it's right, because he's not lethargic and he's eating fine.

I've never had a fish before, and I've only had my boy for just over a month.

Any advice as to what it could be/how to treat it (if necessary) would be greatly appreciated. I'll reply to the questions (tank size, food etc) in the comments.
