Got Fired, Feel Paralyzed

I work in the automotive trades, my company had low profits and was cracking down on everyone and making us do more with less. I wasn't happy, but had been doing my best for over 5 years when an error I made a year ago came back to bite me in the ass. Since I'd made a few other recent mistakes (that are overlooked for favored employees) I was let go after a drawn out period of scrutiny (improvement plan). All I'm getting is my final pay, no severance was mentioned.

The whole experience has left me exhausted, I've struggled with anxiety and depression in the past and both have been closing in again for the last several months. This is my first day of not generating income and I just can't focus or get anything done. I get my ROE later in the week, can someone remind me what I need to do? I haven't been fired in almost a decade.

[Thanks for the helpful comments and well-wishing. To people suggesting "don't sign anything", I already got hustled through signing the documents while having an anxiety attack. I was lucky to be in the workforce, spent a lot of time jobless and in therapy. Also, according to the papers I signed, the company is not submitting my ROE until tomorrow and I can access it on Services Canada then.]
