Hi all,

Has anyone taken the Canadian citizenship test using an external monitor connected to their laptop?

My laptop screen is pretty small, but I need to use the laptop’s webcam. I can position the external monitor and laptop so that the webcam is above the external screen, meaning I’d still be looking toward the webcam while taking the test.

Has anyone done this? Did you have any issues with using a second monitor during the test?

My girlfriend and I will be visiting Vancouver for 5 days in late August, and we’re looking for recommendations from locals or anyone who knows the area well.
We’re not looking for restaurant or food recommendations. Instead, we’re interested in:
● Nature spots (especially ones that aren’t too crowded)
● Fun or unique experiences we’ve probably never tried before
● Adrenaline activities
● Raves, EDM events, or beach parties
● Day trips within a few hours of Vancouver
● Hidden gems that most tourists miss
We’ll be renting a car, so we’re happy to drive a few hours if it’s worth it.
