1. Avatars are spell casters, but they are non-elemental by default?

2 If i cast Hand of Glory ( Bearer has +1 power and is a Fire Spellcaster.) into the hands any avatar, does that lock them into only being able to cast fire element spells going forward as the card dictates that they are now a fire spellcaster or does that not apply and they'd only get the +1

3.If next turn i cast Excalibur (Bearer has +1 power for each of their elements. If they have all four, they are also immune to damage.) Does the fire spellcaster imbue an element to the avatar to get the benefit of Excalibur?
