Home Backup Power Using EcoFlow Delta Pro and V2V charging?

I want to try a home backup setup as spelled out here:

https://www.silveradoevforum.com/threads/home-backup-power-via-the-charging-port

The components are:

  1. GMC Sierra EV
  2. EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3/EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra w/ EcoFlow EV X-Stream Adapter
  3. GMC bidirectional charging cord
  4. Generator transfer switch to panel

The EcoFlow unit is designed to be charged by an electric vehicle charger, and therefore can also be charged using V2V charging (from the chargeport of an EV equipped for V2V charging). I have a 2026 GMC Sierra EV Elevation with Premium Package. The newer models do not come with the correct cord. Therefore, I bought the older white cable off ebay. My question is, is there any way to tell if this can work before I buy the EcoFlow unit? I do not have another EV to test the V2V capability. Has anyone else gotten the V2V to work on a 2026 Elevation w/o 240V bed outlet, using the white cable?

I do not have the 240V bed outlet, therefore I believe I may not have Powerbase? Is that correct? When I click into the battery usage info on the infotainment, I see a section for powerbase usage, but I cannot find anywhere to turn on powerbase. Is Powerbase, and therefore V2V charging, only included if you have to 240V outlet?

ETA: I am readying everywhere that all 2026 Sierra EVs are V2H capable, which should mean that they are V2V capable as well right?
