Saw what I believe to be the real coach from the show today whilst working in South Wales

Absolutely bodged the photo, as you can see (was trying to do it quick and discreetly)

I bought a pair of joggers and when they arrived they had a rip on the a*rse, which wasn't shown in the photos or mentioned in the description

I raised an issue and now it says I will receive a refund but nothing about returning them, does anyone know what I'm meant to do now?
