What is a good sell rate?

. Only started just around 3 months ago, atm i just been doing all sorts of images learning along the way. I know a lot of my images are wildlife which don't really sell well.

So in saying that i guess each topic is going to vary quite alot.

But is there any kind of rules of whats a good sell through rate for a portfolio or maybe a topic?

In any case its been fun getting out with the camera.

Agency Portfolio Sales Sell-through
iGetty 1,025 20 1.95%
Shutterstock 1,047 19 1.81%
Adobe 360 10 2.78%
Total 2,432 uploads* 49 sales

3 Months in, loving this

Started uploading in Mach, so interesting to see all the different kinds of photos selling. No real rhyme or reason. Just all sorts of my photos are selling.

So fun to grab the camera, walk the town and wilderness taking all sorts of random stuff then see it sell is amusing XD. More fun when the less appealing or really random ones sell.

So addictive :)

Well hope you having as much fun i am, i aint gunna be retiring any time soon but its still fun to be able to put my photos some were and accualy sell them.

Shutter stock : "Rejection reasons (1) Ai" when its not ai?

Had a 2 or 3 over the past few months that have been rejected for ai, but they are purely photographs.

Any way to appeal, cause if its being flagged as ai how do you say its not?

Igetty not selling?

Solved, didnt know meta was slow ontop of igetty being slow in showing results, i acculy sold a ton

Have not been doing this long, i think about 3 months now, I started igetty then moved onto shutter stock and adobe not long after.

I have sold about 20 images each on shutter stock and adobe,

i have about 600 on igetty and shutter stock and only 180 on adobe.

But i have yet to sell anything on igetty? I thought getty was suppose to be the good one. Quick google says that igetty take longer to show your stuff or something.. is that correct?

Description: Build the train, survive the horde, if you fail, come back stronger, that's it really

Free to Play

New to game making so its rough experience. But got so many ideas to try even if they been done before. Its a'lot of fun though seeing something come alive. Also normally just do art as hobby, so got a good place to put my art rather then it just sitting there.

Most likely will be a throw away, but happy with the first attempt XD
