I am 297 and been playing since creek. In all that time, I ran into two players cheating who had the Exo suit before it was released. In the last three days I have had I have had one each day. Not glitches, mind you. Full blown all the mechs you want, nobody calls on stealth mission, tank has infinite ammo, etc. Clearly something changed or is happening? I'm old and will die soon, can someone ELI5?

• Ministry knows there is no vast conspiracy sabotaging the TCS+, it is designed to fail.
• Ministry sets unrealistic MO because “threat” needs to keep existing for propaganda.
• When Helldivers don't achieve it, “Look the dissidents are still out there causing problems!”
• Ministry continues saying that TCS+ continued failure is terrorists not planned or inept design.
• Everyone scared and distracted.
