How do people building OSINT tools deal with this in practice?

Hello.

So, today is my 2nd day as a freelancer on Fiverr and I'm already getting a bunch of messages from bots, a typical message would go like Hello, I did this and that blah blah and they ask you to check a URL which is suspicious and I know it is malicious.

So how to block these bots? will they affect my response rate*?* for older freelancers on the platform, do you face this problem or is it just a newbie thing?
