Build a business, hire someone to run it, give them a cut — actually good for passive income?
Thinking about building a business, then hiring someone to run it day-to-day and giving them a % of profits instead of just salary, so they actually care.
Anyone done this? Does it actually work or is there a catch? And how big should the business be before it's even worth it?
Curious to hear real experiences 👀
