My Amazon Account was closed for no legit reason?
Hi everyone, I need help please! Amazon closed my account and gave me 2 reasons which are absolutely incorrect- I violated their return and refund policy and they found another account of mine... which are both not true. I do not have another Amazon account and I did not abuse their refund/return policy, ever! I also never got a warning while using my account ever so none of this makes any sense. Even one of the reps I've spoken with said that he sees nothing wrong with my account... I've had my Amazon account for about 12 years and I was always in good standing. I do not know what to do. I keep calling customer service with no success (keep giving me the run around) and the Amazon Account Specialists stopped responding to my emails.... I have $500 of gift card money on my account that I don't want to lose. Any advice please?!
