I found someone selling an ej20k and the Engine has 106k miles with having had the timing belt, water pump, cam seals and rear seals replaced very recently. They showed a dyno test it’s pushing 268hp(fine with me) and the compression came back at 140psi which from what I was able to gather, is bad for newer lower mileage motors but fine for higher mileage engines? He also stated that the engine has no issues with burning oil. Should I totally steer clear from this as a prospective engine swap candidate into my rs or is it actually a pretty good deal and safe to use. Any amount of help is useful

My driver side rocker panel is cracked and now I want a new set of side skirts. Any recs would be good looking for a good price to quality ratio for them not interested in overspending.
