so the idea was to make it more available for other champions and they revered those changes and now it’s nerfed for ranged user. 35% attack speed and 14%ms. Guess it’s not gonna be bought anymore on zeri 😢
if u like playing conq rune then this rune also work well with zeri but on specific matchups when u can just auto q auto q auto q perma like in top melee matchups, it’s definitely situational but it works great and u have access to blue rune which allows u to be more speedy and later u have bit more dmg from gathering storm while not losing too much, obviously its more early rune. played it on top against fatuous and it was fun i just missed half my q and perma auto him to stack the rune and with cutdown it dealt 900 dmg in 7 minutes lol
