Would you guys use a clubs/communities app in Bahrain?

I feel like Bahrain is missing something like university/school clubs, but for everyone.
Basically, one place where you could find or create communities like football, padel, cars, finance/investing, business, gaming, books, hiking, photography, tech, volunteering, etc.
Not talking about bars/nightlife — actual communities where people with similar interests can meet, organize activities, network and make friends.
Would you actually use an app like this if it existed in Bahrain?
Also, if enough people are interested, I could start by making a few WhatsApp communities for different interests and see where it goes.
What clubs would you personally join or want to create?

Nikah now, but live separately with parents until financially stable, would you/families accept this?

I’m curious what people here think about this arrangement, especially women and their perspective on whether their families would actually agree to it.
The idea would be to get the nikah done, but instead of immediately moving in together and taking on the full financial burden of a separate household, both husband and wife continue living with their respective parents for some time.
We’d still be properly married and could meet each other whenever our schedules allow; whether that’s every day, a few times a week, weekends, going out together, spending time privately, etc. Then, once the husband is financially/career-wise stable enough to comfortably provide a separate home, we move in together and start living as a normal married couple.
To me, it seems like a potential middle ground for people who genuinely want to get married young and keep things halal, but aren’t yet in the financial position to immediately rent/buy a place and cover all the expenses of married life.
I’m mainly interested in how realistic this actually is in different cultures.
For the women here: Would you personally be comfortable with an arrangement like this? More importantly, do you think your parents/family would agree to it? What concerns would they have?
For the men: Have you ever proposed something similar to your family or a potential spouse’s family? How was it received?
If possible, mention your ethnicity/cultural background (only if you’re comfortable), because I think family expectations around marriage can vary massively between cultures. I’d especially like to understand whether this is something families realistically accept or whether most would insist that the husband already have his own place before agreeing to the nikah.
Also interested in hearing from anyone who actually did this. How long did you live separately after nikah, how often did you see each other, and did it work well or create problems?

23M | Indian | Born and Raised in Bahrain | Looking for marriage

Assalamu Alaikum,
I’m 23M, Indian, born and raised in Bahrain. I recently completed my bachelor’s in Economics & Finance and currently work around finance/business operations while figuring out the next stage of my career and further studies.
I’m posting here because I’d rather approach marriage intentionally and in a halal way than spend years in casual relationships or situations that go nowhere.
About me
I’m around 183 cm (6’0”). I’m generally introverted and have a small circle, but I’m pretty talkative once I’m comfortable with someone. I’m ambitious, analytical, and probably think about the future more than I should.
I’m very interested in business, finance, cars, travelling, and learning about completely random subjects at 2 AM. I want to build a successful career/business, travel extensively, have a comfortable life, and eventually be in a position where I can properly provide for my family and give back.
Islam is important to me. I’m not going to present myself as some perfect Muslim because I’m not. I have things I’m working on like anyone else. But I believe in the fundamentals, try to keep things halal, don’t drink, and want Islam to have a genuine place in my marriage and household.
What I’m looking for
A Muslim woman roughly around my age who genuinely wants marriage rather than an endless talking stage.
Someone kind, emotionally mature, intelligent, family-oriented, and able to communicate properly. I appreciate someone who can joke around and be easygoing but also have serious conversations about religion, finances, children, careers, family expectations, and where we want to live.
I don’t expect my wife to have a particular profession or income. Whether she wants a career, wants to focus on the family, or wants a mixture of both and is something we can decide based on what works the best for us. (Majorly its her decision)
Physical attraction obviously matters in marriage, but compatibility, character, deen and actually enjoying each other’s company matter much more to me than trying to create a checklist of superficial requirements.
I’m open regarding nationality and where someone currently lives. I’m also open to relocating in the future depending on career and education opportunities.
I’m looking for something where, if we establish basic compatibility and both see potential, families can become involved rather than keeping things unnecessarily private for months.
If this sounds compatible, feel free to message me with a little about yourself, and we can see whether our values and plans align.
May Allah make the process easier for everyone looking for the right person. Aameen
