So I installed Symphonium on a new device and synced my google drive 57k track collection. Reading tags + collecting Metadata took 14+ hours.
The device is a Samsung S25 Edge, wifi 6 connected to fibre, maybe Google is throttling but damn...
Situations like these it sure would be nice to be able to pause or cancel a sync...

I have been using Symphonium with Plex for a few weeks and I live it - offline and android auto are sooo much better than plexamp.
I plan to be travelling for a year or two, and I dont think I will be able to reliably maintain my plex server - I may leave it with friends or family and remote into it but if it craps out ill probably be without it until I can convince someone to reboot it.
So while these circumstances are quite specific, im hoping the use case of having a plex library and a google drive library - with many of the same files - is one someone has navigated.
I thought I might just switch from one to the other but I wondered if I was missing a better way. Please let me know if there's a more elegant way for these libraries to coexist in Symphonium.
