Hi I am in Australia and have bought but not opened my Ninja Woodfire Pro XL. I didn't realise that it only has 4 functions not the 7 on the smaller Ninja Woodfire. Can the Pro XL still dehydrate even though it doesn't have that function?

I read somewhere that dehydrating is usually around 55 or 60 degrees celsius. Can the Pro XL get that low?

Also has anyone used the reheat function on the smaller non Pro bbq? Is the air crisper just as good at reheating?
