Okay I need help…

My mom fell for a really horrible scam caller if which she transferred her money on her accounts and my savings (her name is on that account) to a “new card” because someone was trying to “hack her account” according to the scammer.

She transferred the money via ATM. (I know she fell really hard)

She did call the actual fraud department, and made a report, froze our accounts, but now I am curious on the chances of us getting our money back??

banks don’t open until Monday of course, but I just need some guidance.
