Hi team. We recently moved into a new house and I am trying to work out how to connect up the washing machine in the new laundry. Someone said I need to unscrew the existing fittings on the taps under the sink and attach the washing machine there, but then the laundry sink won't be connected. Surely there is a way to hook up the washing machine while still being able to use the sink? Please help a confused lady out!

Additionally we are now on tank water rather than mains. Is turning off the water as simple as turning the pump off? And is there anything else I should know or can I just turn the pump power off and then back on again once finished?
