I just realized that reloading torpedo tubes is stupid

I built a submarine and realized that I could just build a huge torpedo tube with 4 torps back to back on a hardpoint and rail system and just launch them in sequence through the tube. You might see an issue with flooding a tube this long, but it surprisingly does not affect the weight / centre of gravity that much, because either it replaces the missing torps or it fills a narrow space around the torps.

And because you can launch the torps so incredibly quickly, you could also just flood one tube at a time if that were a problem.

Am I a genius or did other people think of this?

Edit: I just uploaded some of the torpedo tubes I created following this post. I will link my creation and the torps from the workshop I used and modified:

original torps I modified: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2626378521

feel free to use them, they are not that complicated and I've added some ports to allow adding pumps to drain the tube if needed.
