Looks like we are losing like 3 to 4 people who have been with TJX for over 5yrs and just recently had 4 part timers quit due to hours being cut by Ernie. Now as it is we typically close this huge store with only 4 people in the whole store plus 1 manager. I really hope that our CEO is happy because our stores morale in shit. No one smiles and every day it’s the same thing over and over. Nothing is getting done ! Thank you Ernie.

So hours are being cut and yet the amount of work has not! TJX corporation is killing store morale as anyone who does get hours is overwhelmed with the crappy conditions in the store. It’s non stop and people usually just call out to avoid the torture of having to try and put back countless racks of recovery while being called to the registers where they will get stuck for an hour. Meanwhile the fitting room person is on the walkie screaming the racks are all full and the BRC yelling from the back room that they need empty hummers and totes but no one can help because they all called out or Ernie continues to cut hours . When does it stop with the cuts? The register counter has returns a mile high that has been there all week since there is no hours. We have boxes and boxes of returns that have not been touched and yet no hours. I’ll stop here because I’m getting pissed.

So it seems like most people here have had enough of the nonsense and just quit showing up. The entire store is a mess and most part timers are only getting 2 days and the full timers can’t get anything done because they are on registers all day. The register area is a total shit mess because no one is available to run that crap back. The amount of returns is insane and it’s happening all day long. There are abandoned carts everywhere and no one can get to them because they called out. The parking lot is full of carts because no one is available to get them because we are closing with 4 people who are overwhelmed at the registers all nite. If and when you get items to ring up without a price tag no one can help you because they all called out. I could on and on but it’s to much. What a shame that TJX runs their shitty stores like this . That’s all!
