I'm a 16-year-old guy trying to build a desktop PC as my dream, but now I'm starting on a low budget, so can u help me with the best PC used parts I can get that have high upgradeability in the long term?

So I want to build a pc from here two months, i have a simple laptop with an I5 4310U with an integrated graphics card and i think about selling it and adding some money and buying all those parts used so i will need less money, but also i think about buying an XBOX Series S or an PS4,s p lease can you help me with chosing in a long term.
These are the parts :
CPU: Ryzen 3 3100/3200
PSU: 500W
RAM 8GB DDR4 3200MHz ( they are not cheap in the used market).
Motherboard : B450M/A520
GPU: RX580 8gb VRAM / 1650 4gb
