Is rainbow composition works without Lynnette ex?

I want to make very cheap end game slayer team without spending much rubies in my second account with 28k rubies starter and I found Hikari ex, crick, xerch, osvald and T0 support would be completely juiced the ex bosses. Is it really worth to start new account? (the reason is because I don't want to spend much more rubies on my main account plus it's really expensive to buy paid rubies in sea countries. And the main has Lynnette ex and avieta in it while still starting at the early ring of all chapter. But I want to start the second account so badly to be more future proof)

Should I purchase paid step up for five 5 star characters for 250 paid rubby?

I've spent 80 paid rubies on shop offer that have thousands percent value. But is there any similar offer later or just one time things?. I just want to buy stories pack and other paid rubies offer, or it's better just to save it on new account and spent it on meta synergies? Currently I have pretty strong 10 five stars and 2 ex banner on level 60.

What starter should I chose ?

Should I chose Lynnette for 1 of eight starter? Because I hadn't realized before that ex character are different from the regular one and I thought it would be a waste of 6 star if I dont us lynnate ex for my main party. Violla and cyrus was solid enough to leveling up until late game from what I heard. But once again I lack healer in my party and I want to add theo or other hero from starter before getting alfyn or whateve. It's silly confusion for my first day one account btw. So, what hero should I chose next?
