Transhare and Ascent are already in a litigation. This shows a pattern with their mainly Chinese ecosystem. Let’s ensure they do understand you don’t manipulate markets and minority shareholders on financial markets.

Please all send letters, call Univest (in priority), SEC and Nasdaq to try to stop the dilution and request that they disclose to whom they are trying to sell all these shares to and while it is certainly part of a manipulation scheme.
