New UK Seller Account Stuck in "Unable to Charge" Loop for Over a Week - Backend Flag Not Cleared Despite Successful Verification

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone who has experienced this can help as I've exhausted all normal support routes.

The situation: I set up a new Amazon Seller account and have been stuck in an "unable to charge" loop for over a week. I am completely unable to trade.

What I've already done:
Removed original charge method and replaced with a major UK high street bank business debit card.

Successfully completed MFA/OTP for every individual EU marketplace

Seller Central confirms card verified and charge method updated successfully

Bank statement shows repeated Amazon pending charges - proving Amazon's systems are communicating with my bank fine.

The problem: Despite all of the above, the account still shows invalid charge method. This is clearly an internal backend flag that has not been cleared - it is not a card issue.

Support experience:

Unable to raise further cases on my account
Escalated to executive level

Currently dealing with escalations contact who is sending template responses incorrectly claiming my business debit card is prepaid

Please can any moderators here escalate this internally or advise who can manually clear the backend flag on my account? Thank you in advance.
