Does uber withheld any money for tax or is the earnings we make before tax?

After years of not playing i decided to make a pure account 40 attk ,48 str with 1 def, im hitting like max 12s with rune 2h. Tired of grinding i decide to try pk a bit.

Enter wilderness for the first time in like 20 years, get approached by someone 6 combat levels below me and says 'Gl?' I thought wow easy first fight.

So we walk up to lvl 6 wilderness, im hitting like 10s wow this gonna be easy money. Hmm dude pulls out some rune battleaxe looking weapon and hits me an 18, im like wtf i panic eat my tunas.

Still in shock but I regain my composure, the fight is still on. I hit my max 12, he eats, deals some low damage on me. He wont hit that again i must of being seeing things, boom this level 33 combat just KOs me with a 20.
