Hi! Seeking advice from people, primarily women, who have had to have their big toenails permanently removed. I may have to have this done as both of my big toes are permanently damaged. This started from trauma but fake nails made the problem worse over time :( Curious how the experience was for you and how they are healed years later. I am primarily concerned with the cosmetic outcome…..I would love to wear sandals again confidently. So insecure about the state of my toes now. Please comment your experience and how they look now.
