I'm currently using refinement trays. Is this considered gum recession? I've moved countries, and getting a new orthodontist is a bit tough with my insurance for a while, but I have about 10 trays left. I'm flying back for a visit, but I noticed my gums receding, and I'm worried if this is a concern.

update: I texted my dentist back home he told me to visit a dentist in the country I stay and I think ill have to cough up a shit ton of money cuz I dont have insurance yet🫠
