Crawlspace fan with cord thru floor plugged in
Home inspection failed to flag a fan in the crawlspace that has a cord running up into the laundry room floor and plugged into a wall outlet next to the dryer. The home inspector pointed it our during the inspection but failed to list. Are there any electrical violations? Should this be a concern?
