What’s a solid split you would do if you couldn’t train legs?

Due to an injury I have been told by the doc no lower body weightlifting exercises for the next few weeks/months. What can I do? I’m thinking a form of the bro split or something. I like lifting 5x a week or so. Thanks guys

What exercises have helped you?

Hi everyone 20F here. In the past month or so I’ve gotten sciatica from my ankle up to my butt, with the pain radiating from my hammy. It’s gotten a bit better but I’m super stiff and it now hurts really bad in my butt. I’m a meathead and got it doing really heavy RDLs and tweaked it/disc herniation. I tried doing leg curls very light and other stuff but I don’t know it just hurt it more.

I saw my doc she said come back if it gets worse, which I am going to go get it x rayed and stuff today. She said don’t do anything that irritates it. My question to you all is, do you have any tips or exercises you do to help recovery? Or helped speed up the healing process? I heard heating pad and ice rotation so I’m gonna try that. Or should I stop leg day all together in the meantime and stick to cardio and upper body? Thanks.
