Hi, my gf and I are looking for someone to co-rent the other room in this 2 bed / 1.5 bath house for the 2026-2027 school year. The place is in a great spot—it's a gated condo with parking, features an on-premises pool, and is just a 5-minute drive from campus (right around the corner from the Stater Bros on Iowa and right across mcdonalds). The unit itself is pet-friendly, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
