Hello!!

So… straight to the point, I recently got evicted from my last apartment due to financial issues, I’m currently living with a friend but I need to move to my own place.

I will have the eviction debt paid by August, I got evicted in April, if there’s a private owner here willing to help, anyone know of a place that offers second housing opportunities or of a place that helps in this kind pf situation I would gladly appreciate it.

P.S I got a base pay increase, I do have a stable income, reason I got evicted was because I was late on Aprils rent due to not getting the pay increase sooner, also work hours got cut due to department restructuring.

Hello! I a 28yr old male that is about to be evicted due to financial issues.

To make this situation more clear, the department I work for recently made some changes and the availability for overtime decreases significantly, that was how I was surviving last year, but at the beginning of this year I had major surgery, could not work for a week and that out me behind on a lot of bills, including rent, I thought I was ok since now in April I got a good raise and will be able to pay rent easily now, but the apartment complex I live in will file for eviction this Tuesday, I cannot pay what the ask, so I made the decision to accept the eviction and move back home and then come back to AZ to start all over with my good base pay and stable job (I apply for a work from home accommodation) I love AZ and it has been my home for the past 4yrs, I want to come back, but I would like to know if anyone has any advice on what can I do when I come back in the next 3-4 months so I can rent a place. I’ve been reading about the stain un my record, but again, thanks to this new raise I’ll be able to pay rent more easily
