N-600K Experiences

Hey all, just wondering if anyone here who’s done citizenship transfer though a grandparent could tell me about their experience? Specifically what documents did you use to prove US presence for the grandparent. I’m hearing different cases of people using Tax records, but some other saying that those are not the preferred method. Just wondering if anyone could share their experience.
Thanks :)

Dexter absolutely loved Rita in his own way — and I wish Harrison heard that. *Season 3 spoilers.

I’m rewatching Dexter and just finished season 3, and honestly I think people overlook how much Dexter actually cared about Rita.

The scene with the Skinner in the season finally really stood out to me. Dexter is tied to the table and for maybe the first time he truly realizes he wants to live. He wants his life with Rita, he wants to be there for his son, and he even cries. He says he’s never cried before, but clearly something real is happening there emotionally.

Then he shows up late to the wedding and is completely stunned seeing Rita in her dress. The look on his face says everything. The show keeps telling us Dexter “doesn’t have feelings,” but moments like that make it obvious he does, he just experiences them differently and struggles to understand them.

That’s why New Blood and Resurrection make me kind of sad sometimes. Harrison desperately needs to hear that he was wanted and loved, and that Dexter genuinely cared about Rita. But Dexter is so emotionally awkward that he never fully says it out loud. He never explains that Rita gave him a real sense of life and family, even if he didn’t know how to express it normally. I feel Dexter is equipped to say that to his son.

I don’t know. Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but I always saw Rita as way more than just a “cover” for Dexter.

What do you guys think?
