Don’t work at a casino
I’ve been working at casino as a restaurant sever and dare I say that it has been the most mediocre experience of my life…. Management for F&B are best friends outside of work ( bars, clubs, sleepovers etc)
The employees that are meant to be adults act like children in high school, we have one hostess she’s the youngest in the department and she’s kind gorgeous and the casino uses her face and photos all for marketing and I have to watch the female severs treat her like garbage for no reason, and when I bring it up to management they rub it off because they’re all best friends. Any advice on how I can help or is that even possible bruh?
