No kyc crypto casinos - are they safe or am I just asking to get rugged?
Genuine question. I've been using a no kyc bitcoin casino for a couple months now. Deposits are fast, crypto casino slots selection is decent, and I got an instant withdrawal bitcoin casino payout every time so far.
But part of me wonders if skipping verification means less protection if something goes wrong. On the other hand the best anonymous crypto casinos I've tried have been way smoother than KYC sites that hold your withdrawal for "review" for a week.
Anyone here been using no kyc online casinos long term? Any horror stories or has it been mostly fine?
Keno is quietly the worst bet on the casino floor, and it's not close
I actually like keno for what it is, a cheap, slow, lottery-flavored way to nurse a drink, but I think a lot of people sit down at it without knowing just how steep the math is, so here's the honest version.
Most casino keno runs a house edge somewhere between 25% and 35%. To put that next to the rest of the floor: blackjack with basic strategy is under 1%, the pass line in craps is 1.4%, even double-zero roulette is 5.26%, and the worst slots on the floor are maybe 8-12%. Keno is several times worse than the game everyone warns you off of. The trap is that it doesn't feel that way, because you might only bet a dollar or two per game and the draw is slow, so the money leaves your pocket gently instead of all at once.
The reason the edge is so brutal: the payout tables give back only a small fraction of true odds on every catch tier. Hitting 6 of 6 pays something that sounds huge, but the real odds against it are enormous and the payout is a tiny sliver of fair. And the tables vary wildly from casino to casino for the exact same game, so two keno lounges a mile apart can have very different edges on an identical-looking ticket. Nobody hands you that number, you have to read the paytable.
None of this means don't play it. If you're treating it as cheap entertainment while you eat, the slow pace actually means low money-per-hour even at a rotten edge, which is a genuine point in its favor. I just think it should be a "I know exactly what this costs" choice, not a "this looks harmless" one.
Curious where people land: do you play keno knowing the edge and just not caring because it's cheap fun, or does the actual number change how you'd play it?
$100 - $10,000 UPDATE
Hello again,
I apologize for not updating sooner. I’ve been researching and optimizing my time at the casino. Last update I was down $700. I’m currently up in profit. Real table Craps and the occasional baccarat hand have brought me from $700 to $2500. This current profit can be attributed to 3 main factors.
Optimizing my bets on craps by using the past line, don’t come, and come bets. Now, this isn’t fool proof however, I’ve been able to walk out ether broken even or in profit by $50 to $150 every time. Statistically, this should not be possible however, this is where my next move comes into play.
I set aside some cash for baccarat. Learning how to read the board gives me slightly better odds at hitting on my bet. This can easily rope me back up. Again, not fool proof but it’s worked so far.
Not allowing emotions to take over. I learned to channel my emotions and set aside my greed in order to win this challenge. I no longer look at this as making money. I looked at it as racking up points in a sports game.
Those of you who said it’s not possible, your doubt only fuels my resolve. I will continue to not posture to my own greed and prove this can be accomplished. The boats are burned.
-$100 Pig.
i just turned 1$ into 27k, casinos are crazy xd i know 1 in 100 wins, but this wins are worth it
Beware of Betty casinos
The slots are ext manipulated and rigged . I have regrettable deposited over $10000 and not even got back 10%. 6 months of mostly dead spins. Bullied and treated terribly by employees. no loyalty bonuses, gaslighting. They just got fined with letting underage people gamble. Playing at this place was a nightmare. Thought it would get better and some how just got worse and worse. Hold on to your wallet with these places.
Fanduel Account
signed up for FD a week ago, hit for some good money playing blackjack first day, and went to withdraw. My account gets suspended after requesting withdrawal due to inconsistencies…
Whatever, I verify myself with selfie and ID. I get reactivated..
But after this I do make a mistake. My brother who owes me money let me use his card to deposit, figured it was easier than him sending it to me and instead of using my money.
I play a little more, win again, go to withdraw, and get suspended again. This time they’re asking for clarification on why I used his card, as well as his ID and all that. I reply with honesty and provide all documentation. I get reactivated and receive a warning
Moving forward, I don’t use his card anymore. When I got reactivated I had to withdraw again because it got cancelled when I got suspended. But I thought to myself, let me try my luck and win some more, and I run it up to almost $20k. From starting with a low balance.
I’m hype, I go to withdraw, wake up to another suspension. I’m confused because I’ve already verified myself before, and have not violated anything since being warned. Customer service escalates the request to email and the accounts team is once again asking for my brothers identification and reasoning, even though I had just provided that last time.
Whatever, after back and forth I give in and provide the documentation and the same reasoning I gave the other rep. Two days pass, silence.
Then finally today, I get an email saying that my account will not be reactivated and I can’t not appeal (???) with no mention of the almost $20k sitting in my account and no mention of that??
As anyone would be I’m very frustrated, confused, and looking for answers. I know I shouldn’t have used my brothers card, but I properly provided documentation and reasoning and they reactivated me with warning. Why was I suspended again..and ultimately banned?? And what happens to my money??
Don’t work at a casino
I’ve been working at casino as a restaurant sever and dare I say that it has been the most mediocre experience of my life…. Management for F&B are best friends outside of work ( bars, clubs, sleepovers etc)
The employees that are meant to be adults act like children in high school, we have one hostess she’s the youngest in the department and she’s kind gorgeous and the casino uses her face and photos all for marketing and I have to watch the female severs treat her like garbage for no reason, and when I bring it up to management they rub it off because they’re all best friends. Any advice on how I can help or is that even possible bruh?
Slot Players in NYC Resortsworld
Im not a “gambler” I gamble maybe $600 a month between sports and casino so maybe i dont understand this.
At resorts during peak times, you will see a person on a machine then the machine next to them they put in $1. I go to get on it and they look at me like i have 10 heads and say “no theres money in the machine!”…. Its $1 and ur a lunatic.
I also seen a row of 3 of the new huff n puff but when i go sit down a guy was sitting on the far right and said “buddy theres $ in that machine ($1) im playing on it”
I said “ur playing on all 3 machines?”
He goes “yeah”
Is this normal and if i sit down and put in $ what can possibly happen? Hes gonna tell the casino he was playing all 3 machines? Gambling is an illness.
Casinos to avoid if you don't want to repay their massive multi-billion $ loans on development and expansion
Not saying these casinos are automatically tight, but billions spent on loans, new builds, and expansions has to get paid back somehow. A big chunk of that comes from gambling revenue.
- Resorts World - $5B+ loan/investment - RW NYC full casino expansion
- Bally’s - $3B+ loan - Refinancing, permanent Chicago and NYC casino development plans
- Fontainebleau - $2B+ loan - Finish Fontainebleau Las Vegas
- Hard Rock - $1B+ investment and redevelopment funding - Hard Rock LV, NYC and Tejon
- Graton casino - $1B investment - Casino/resort expansion
I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these places use the lowest RTP option available from a slot manufacturer while still meeting the legal minimum set by state law or the gaming commission. Not saying every machine is set that way, but if you’re carrying huge debt or trying to pay for a massive new build, there’s an obvious incentive to maximize hold wherever possible.
RW NYC is the one I’d watch most. It doesn’t have anything close to the competition you see in Atlantic City, where casinos have to fight for players with comps, room deals, and better offers. RW NYC is basically the only full casino option in NYC right now, serving a city with around 8M people.
Even if some regulars decide it’s too tight and stop going, there is a huge pool of new people constantly coming through NYC. They don’t have to worry as much about losing a few players when there are always new customers ready to take their place. That means less pressure to offer better RTPs or better comps. That might change when Hard Rock and Bally opens in the NYC market but that won't be until 2030.
Who do you think ultimately repays the multibillion dollar loans these casinos take out?
Is Yaamava worth it? I’ll be in the area for a conference and thinking about staying there afterwards.
I live in Pasadena and I’m heading to a conference in Riverside. I’ll be there for 5 days of corporate training and I hate the hotel the conference is being hosted at (but my company is paying for us to stay there, so I have no choice). I was thinking of staying in the area afterwards to book a luxury resort where I can unwind and enjoy some good food and drinks.
I’ve read good things about Yaamava in Highland. The restaurants and spa caught my eye. I'm just not sure if it's worth staying there for a few nights. I do love a Vegas vibe if that helps.
Has anyone stayed there recently? Would it be worth extending my trip after a boring week of training? Open to other resorts as well, if you have a place you recommend!
Do you still trust online casino comparison sites?
Online casino comparison sites have become pretty interesting to me because there’s usually much more going on than a simple list of ratings. Some cover reviews and game guides, while others also include gambling news, industry information and comparisons. But with so much content available, it can be difficult to know which information deserves your trust.
E-Vegas is one example that made me think about this. The site covers online gaming reviews, guides, comparisons and industry-related content, so it takes a broader editorial approach rather than focusing on just one type of information. That raises an interesting question about what actually makes a comparison website credible.
Personally, I think transparency matters a lot. Knowing when information was updated, understanding how reviews are assessed, and being able to see both advantages and disadvantages can make a source feel much more useful. At the same time, commercial relationships are something worth considering when evaluating any comparison platform.
What makes you trust an online casino comparison site?
Host Comps - What to ask for? Turning Stone Resort
Headed to the casino tonight for my Birthday with the girlfriend. Have a comped room in the resorts newest hotel which I’m stoked on. I’m a middle tier player, far from their top but not basic either. My free play offers are usually $100 a week. Important note is I usually go once a month to or every other. I emailed the host to see if my play would qualify me for dinner comps for me and my girlfriend. He responded that my play does qualify, but now I’m not sure what to ask for? It’s a “smaller” casino in central NY so I’m not expecting extravagant but you know what this is my first time asking for something like this. What other things have you been successful in getting comps for? Usually I’m bring about 1k to play with.
What do you need to know before making your first deposit on Melbet?
The only thing holding me back from trying Melbet isn’t the betting itself, but the withdrawal process
I’ve read mixed reviews. Some users say withdrawals are processed within a few hours, while others mention it takes several days. It’s hard to say whether these are isolated incidents or if this happens regularly
For those of you who have already withdrawn money from melbet, how long did your first withdrawal take? Did the verification process slow things down? Which payment method did you find most convenient?
I’m trying to understand how this process usually works before I get started
